Local authorities responded Sunday October 30th to multiple public disturbance calls downtown grand blanc. On arrival they spotted the young man dressed as what appeared to be Kim kardashian. Sources state that he was harassing local drivers on S. Saginaw Street yelling "I will holler for a dollar" . Police tried to arrest the man, but were not able to detain him as he fled from the scene on foot. He was later that night taken into custody when found at his apartment working on a jigsaw puzzle and watering his ferns. Beggs is currently incarcerated in the Genesee County Jail with a bond not yet posted of $2500.
