Newark Police and EMS responded to the block of Rose Street and Bergen Street at around 9:45 p.m. where they located a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old child suffering non-life threatening injuries after being physically touches at that location.
The children were checked out by EMS and did not suffer serious injuries.
