The incident occurred around 22:15 on Saturday evening on a Circle Line train as it left the Embankment tube station.
The male suspect, named Sam Miller, aged 35, who resides in Highgate, London was arrested by Metropolitan Police after he exposed himself inside the train carriage while intoxicated and proceeded to urinate all over himself and other passengers.
We have reached out to Sam Miller to comment but at the time of publishing he is yet to respond.
Sam Miller will appear in the magistrates court on Wednesday, 2nd November.
