2 days ago a 15 year old teenager named Andrew Le'John Collins flipped 12 girls in a school bathroom. He covered the girls mouths with duct tape and tied their hands with a rope. One student had to use the restroom, so he came in and saw what he was doing and he ran and told an authority. The authority called the police and he went to jail and was sentenced 5-10 years.
