On Monday October 31, 2016 at approximately 1pm, a woman who was identified as Callie Skinner age 24 was found dead on the Bike Trail in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Very little information is being released at this time as the crime was so horrific said local police chief Tim Cecil. Her family and police are urging anyone that might have seen any suspicious activity to call the local police.
