Gary Mcconnell 27 of Hamilton has been arrested and charged again with sectarian singing. This is the second time in two weeks that Gary has been charged! One witness said that he also heard Gary shouting 'moan then' at some young boys dressed in Celtic tops! Gary has been bailed again and will face court in march!!
