A local Leander man, Christopher Stege 39, was busted by neighbors for talking them into adding a topsoil mixture of Turkey Manure and Chocolate filtered Loam using his friend's company, Emerald Lawns, at what he said would be a 25 discount, when in fact it was actually only a 15 discount. Neighbors said this was a really shitty situation and had them down in the dumps over this cost difference. Mr. Stege could not be reached for comment.
