Brian Neill of The Grove, Dumfries has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for giving kids in Heathhall false information about "hawding Halloween". Mr Neill informed many friends that his house was not partaking in the Halloween fun. These stories were found to be untrue as his lovely lady was indeed hawding it. Mr Neill was therefore arrested and a report has been sent to the fiscal. Mr Neill declined to comment.
