Mr Ed Kearney of Hornchurch Essex is wanted in connection with a number of incidents involving children's Halloween candy being stolen
Mr Kearney was last seen at 7.15pm this evening 31st October 2016 on Herbert Road, Emerson Park, Essex running away from a distraught child who can't be named, screaming " it's mine now, you little shits".
Please don't approach Mr Kearney if you see him especially if you have Halloween candy and call 999
