A group of boys have been spotted roaming the streets of herne bay causing carnage in many ways we have had reports of anti-social behaviour. An interview with a lady from spencer road only told us a tiny problem of whats been happening "it was about 8:13 on a sunday evening i was just settling down my daughter for bed and i heard very loud music i began to come closer and closer then an almighty bang came a young boy of about the age of 16 had appeared to kicked the football at another residents car i called 101 the next day and they are looking for the perpitrators" If anyone knows these boys please come foward and help us fight crime
