Marie Butterworth, a prestonian mum of 3, has recently been arrested on suspicion of slaughtering the neighbourhood dogs and cats. Marie has been cooking them in a soup she liked to call the Marie mixed surprise. She fed this meal to her own and the children she looked after at her pre-school. All the parents of the pupils at her work are devestated as they always thought Marie was such a nice lady. All the children have been medically checked over by doctors. Her own child ,kailey (aged 17), said she always knew something was wrong as she noticed her dog had died suddenly and one night found half a butchered cat in the freezer. Marie has been put on trial and is to stay in jail for 24 years
