Brandon Tate 19 has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle the vehicle was stolen from Harton Moore area and led on a 5 car pursuit he then ditched the motor vehicle and tried to run but his gammy leg didn't get him very far Mr Tate has been released on bale and will attend court for sentencing on the 5th of November.
