At approximately 5:17 pm on 10/31/16 the Adair County Sheriffs department reported that a fugitive is on the loose. It is reported that a tall bald man known as Floyd Gahyle, aka (Pink) of Fontanelle is wanted for sexual ludeness with a flock of sheep and sexual misconduct with a goat.
