Fred Strait, 28 year old man from Warren was found running the streets completely nude. Yelling profanity at passers-by, such as "Ask me about my weiner!". When asked why he said it was all his costume, he believed he was dressed as a giant hot dog. Fred is to be believed that he was either high or completely "shit faced" at the moment of the incident. He's in police custody until further notice. The picture is older.
