Late last night around 12:30 am a local SouthBend resident has pass away.
Omar Castillo was on his way home from work when a two-cabin pick up truck struck him on the side of the road.
Police has yet to identify the driver. Local Witnesses say that it looked like a two-capin chevy pick up truck, blue with rust spot on the back.
