On Monday night it was reported that a 23 year-old Vancouver woman was detained and arrested for the theft of 13 shelter dogs. Her reasoning to the theft was that they were all due to be euthanized in the coming week and she couldn't bare to see that happen. The charges were later dropped and she's even helping all the pups find forever homes, while keeping a few for herself.
