A man believed to by high on bath salt hijacked a milk van in the early hours of sunday morning. Accused Bryan Roberston armed with a potatoe knife and a ladle committed this offence after a 4 day drinking session. It is also believed He was injecting bath salts. Witness who doesn't want to be name said he seen the acussed wearing what look to be like boxer shorts over his head. Mr Robertson has be remanded in custody.
