20 year old Jack Andrew Thwaites was arrested late Saturday night after terrorising the streets of Middlesbrough town. Thwaites was dressed as an 'umpa lumpa' from the infamous movie and novel 'Charlie and the chocolate factory', the intoxicated male spent his night assaulting innocent partygoers by clutching people inappropriately and shouting 'Where is Willy Wonka'. Few people have been left extremely traumatised from Thwaites actions however none have pressed charges leaving the 20 year old off with a warning and a 6 month ban from Middlesbrough town after 5pm.
