2 women from Preston, the ribbleton area got caught red handed breaking and entering the one and only accessorie shop in Preston town centre St George's shopping centre. The 2 women labelled as both tall, average body, dark hair, last seen entering a Halloween party up ribbleton Avenue with 3 other members of public.. Labelled as a young small child curly tots we say, and a small boy stressed in a pumpkin costume and a tall, slim build blonde women in a red/white dress.. Could these women be the reason Preston now don't own any hats and Halloween masks?
