Cassia Turner, 13, was found at 8:15 on Wednesday morning in the middle of the towers in Thornton/Cleveleys. She had been stabbed 4 times and died from blood loss. The current news report showed that she was sexually assaulted before the killing. Police will have further enquiries later.
