A hooded lighter-weilding thug whose name is currently unknown to An Garda Siochana has been hunting down animals and skining them with sharp stones along Plassey Bank. When confronted by passing civilians he aggressively ran towards them with a lighter and a burning twig.
This man is believed to be armed and dangerous and any information would be appreciated, contact Garda at Henry Street Garda Station, Limerick.
