A court heard yesterday how a South Shields DJ was caught on a beach with what the police described as, "Unsightly Act".
The said DJ who cannot be named for legal reasons, was found at 11:32pm on October 21st by 2 Police Officers in the holiday resort of Benidorm.
The Man in question, was caught mid act, with a 52 year old prostitute. Open approaching the man, police said he asked for more time, He was then refused, and tried to attack one of the officers with his Penis.
A Spanish officer reported " The Male, was asked to stop, he proceeded to wave and thrust his Penis at me is an aggressive manner, so therefore he was cs sprayed and arrested.
The man was then deported the very next day and the case was transferred over to UK Police, who charged the man upon his entrance to the UK.
The Male is currently awaiting sentencing, which is due to happen 02nd February 2017, he is currently released on Bail.
