Police say they were called to Sheetz on 4th street in Indiana at 8:43p.m on October 31, 2016.
When they arrived, they found Amanda Anselmi, 34, from Penn Run. Sheetz employees say she had stolen donuts. Police found 4 smashed pumpkin spice donuts in Anselmi's pockets. Upon further investigation, police also found a king sized snickers bar in Anselmi's left shoe. Charges are pending.
