Accorinding to jso james ray and 3 other friends was walking on holloween night arround the time 12:43 am, when two people in an all black challenger opened fired and hit james friend, according to witnesses james fired back hitting one of the suspects with an 40 cal high point semi automatic hand gun. The suspects identity has not been released and james is not in custody
