On Saturday night in Edinburgh an Irish male known only as "tortuga" viciously raped an elderly Peruvian woman in the apartment he was staying.
The woman, ms Velazquez, was rescued by police after being called to an apartment the fire brigade had attended due to an alarm being set off by an associate of tortuga' who police assume tried to set the building alight for no other reason than him being a fucking maniac.
The woman was found to have high volumes of ket inside her and this is what is believed to have been used to lure the woman to the apartment in question.
Another woman also reported she had been spiked the night previous in the same apartment and police now fear that this ket spiking, woman raping male 'tortuga' and his associate 'the maniac' might be looking to visit other international cities to strike again.
