Kyle William Foy, pictures, of Albany estate Norton, is currently being hunter by Cleveland Police. Foy is under investigation after a number of young girls have came forward and disclosed information involving the man.
The 22 year old has been branded a dangerous young man by Cleveland Chief Constanble Martin Jones and this morning, Jones stated if any members of public see him in the Stockton area to not approach him but call 112 or 01642365236.
