A huge sigh of relief swept through the locals of the seaside town Cromer today as the local police confirmed they have finally caught one of cromers biggest pests.
Robert Barber, 29 has been nicknamed the north lodge flasher for months after numerous sightings of him in wellingtons and rainmac waiting in the bushes ready to reveal all to his next shocked victim.
he was finally caught in the woodland area of happy valley by a random dog walker.
a spokeswoman has said whilst been dragged off by the police he was crying out
"its not my fault its cold!! honest on a warm day you can almost see it"
