Young women "tries" the collar on her dog, once it was on she proceeded to shop. As she finishes up her shopping she sends a young boy out to their vehicle with the dog and stolen collar. As she checks out an pays for other items she never mentioned purchasing the collar. The lady at the register noticed shortly after she had left. Later on one of the employees had recognized who the women was an searched her on social media site face book, to find clear pictures of her face. Just as well as her dog an the STOLEN collar!
