Zack Houston of Workington, Cumbria has been found to of been in sexual contact with a young female late Sunday evening in the Birmingham area. Please can we warn anybody in surrounding areas to not approach him as he could cause harm. Police investigation is currently under way at the scene and CCTV footage will be soon released.
