A Waterford property business owner has been subjected to an ongoing inquiry after reports developed that a fraudualnt enterprise had been set up within the company's financial department. Mr John Fogarty of Remax Property Services, and his financial team are being investigated after reports emerged of the company's finance department declaring false asset declarations in accordance with government tax audits. Mr Fogarty is also individually being investigated for company asset financial imbesselment in accordance with financial documentation. Sitting's at Waterford Districk Court has been scheduled for December 4th and December 9th.
