Shannon Cash Fleming, from Thanet has been caught stealing pringles from a Poundland store in Thanet.
Shannon says that her mates at school likes to ask for pringles so she thought she'd stock up.
She goes to the Charles Dickens school, in broadstairs.
Her friends say they aren't surprised.
A worker at Poundland says they are "deeply saddened" and "speechless" about finding out why her favourite flavour pringles have been lately going missing.
She is due to appear at Pringles Crown Court tomorrow.
