Toni hubbick from houghton le spring was arrested later today when two police officers drove past her and noticed her having sexual activities on her neighbours car.
She has been forced to pay compensation to her neighbour due to the damages of the car and will be up to Sunderland courts on the 25th of November.
The man involved will also face court.
