Local Guisborough boy Arran Lincoln uses savings to enlarge his nipples. The surgery cost £36,000 and took 9 hours in the surgery room. After speaking to Arran he said, "I just did not feel that my nipples were big enough and felt ashamed of them. So I took it into my own hands". His new nipples now measure up to 10cm long. Arran went out on Saturday to show off his new nips. He says he is "chuffed ta bets" with them.
