This week, a 53 year old woman from Chorley has been caught out hoarding various brands of tea bags and sugar packets from shops around the area, some from more expensive outlets such as 'Booths' and 'Waitrose'. Susan, has also been known to take napkins and stirrers from the popular fast food restaurant, McDonald's to store away in her own cupboards! Susan is now currently believed to be on the run from the police. But has recently been spotted in charity shops, Aldi and in 'Booths' itself claiming her free decaf capachino! Police have warned Chorley citizens to stay clear of the coffe&sugar thieving culprit!!!
