A man who's sordid bike seat sniffing landed him in court has been spared jail. Aaron Reay, 24 appeared at Consett magistrates court after pleading guilty to stealing bicycle seats with intent to sniff. The court heard Reay, who previously served a prison sentence for lude acts with a feral cat has since turned his life around. He received 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £100.
