Joni Pylant, 21,of Leggett, North Carolina hit it big by winning the Power Ball Lottery. Pylant chose to take the lump sum of $223,000,000. In a brief interview with Pylant she plans on traveling the world and doing "lots of fishing" The Tarboro Daily News reports. Pylants' first reaction was to give 20 to church and mission trips.
