On Tuesday November 1st whilst on a shopping spree with her birthday money local girl Rebekah Jones and friend Sophie Neary, also a local girl decided on a bit of experimentation. The title of this article is somewhat a play on words. The two girls who are 16 & 15 found an outlet selling strap on unicorn horns and proceeded to gallop around the shopping centre for hours entertaining young children. One shopper, Mrs Lister said her 10 month old daughter Chloe was terrified, while her 5 year old Grace was wanting unicorn rides around the middle of the car park. There was also an incident with a Mrs Driver who had to be treated by paramedics at the scene after Jones decided to jump out in front of her Nan and caused her to suffer a panic attack as she was unaware the horn wasn't a weapon and thought she was under attack from a pair of local chavs. The two teens have now been banned from Westwood Cross.
