Robert Kane Jr was busted late Monday night after employees found him sniffing womens underwear in Victorias sceret. Employees said we would walk around the store and when noone was looking he'd grab a pair, sniff them then put them in his pockets. After he was in custody, police found 2 pairs of womens panties valued at $200. We was booked after failing to post bail.
