A 27 year old coeburn man ran from town and state police Tuesday evening around 7pm. The driver was later identified as cody allen mann of coeburn va in a sweet ass 2004 subaru wrx wagon. Officers couldn't keep up but finally the 1st and 4th Ringland piston decided they wanted to be like all the others. Speeds were in excess of 190mph at times. When they ask Mr mann why he ran all he said was "I did it for the lulz". as stated on the front windsheild of his sweet ass blobeye wagon. Charges are pending as he just keeps stating put it on my tab
