Local resident, Richard Barger jr., was allegedly caught defecating in a near by parking lot near his house. A passerby couldn't believe his eyes and pulled out his 1080p smartphone and began rolling as Mr. Barger struggled with his bowel movements. When reporters showed up to Barger's house on Monday, Barger refused to answer questions and said he gotta get back to listening to his records. Barger was seen swing dancing with a life size cut out of the "Jose Cuervo guy". More news will be added when the investigation is completed.
