On the night of July 2, 2016 Deshau James Julius winters was last seen outside of Sun RIdge Middle School on the East Side of El Paso, TX. Witnesses at the scene told officers from the El Paso police department that they had allegedly seen Winters "butt naked" lathering himself up in coco butter near the schools play ground while singing along to "It's raining men by The Weather Girl's".
The El Paso police department is asking for your cooperation in the apprehension of this predator. There is a $1,000 reward in singles for anyone with information leading to his arrest.
