Police say they’ve busted a Fort bliss soldier perv who posed as a cop and told an 18-year-old woman that the only way she could get out of a summons was by performing a sexual act on him.
Deshau James Julius Winters approached the victim as she entered a bus station on Copia Ave. on Oct. 30, police said.
He identified himself as a cop, told her she had entered the country illegally, and he would have to deport her, cops said.
He then made her an offer — perform a sexual act, and she wouldn’t get deported, cops said.
The woman refused, and ran off.
