This shady character was spotted several times on Halloween night haunting the streets of Warton (Lancashire) making many passing by trick or treaters trying to enjoy their night run for their lives as CCTV footage shows this Guy Fawkes lookalike doing similar actions as expected of last months killer clowns. He was sighted at the Tesco In warton before making his way to the nearby Freckleton to continue his reign of terror over there before completely disappearing off the map. Lancashire Police are now asking if you have seen him or know who I might be then to contact them immediately and stay in your homes.
