Anthony O'Farrell (19) of Meelick Co. Clare has been arrested over a suspected attempt of murder of his friends Christian Rosenberg (19) after losing 2-1 on the virtual game Fifa 17. O'Farrell is said to have given away a penalty in the 90th minute in which he claims to have gotten the ball which Rosenberg later slotted away with precision in to the top right corner. This provoked O'Farrell who then took out his collection of caprisun straws and proceeded to stab Rosenberg with the intention to murder. The teen later appeared in court and was given a 2 year sentence in which he was heard screaming as he was carried away by the shades ' I got the ball reff , I got the ball". More to follow...
