Joseph Adams, 13, was in McDonald's when he bought a 99p cheeseburger, when Adams ordered his meal he asked for it to be plain, when Joseph sat with his friends he opened his burger and was revealed that gerkins was inside of his burger, the verdict stood up and confronted the co worker behind the counter and said 'why are there fucking gerkins in my burger' and immediately jumped over the counter and assaulted the worker, the police were informed and with in minutes they arrived and looked at the CTV footage, pc me, Gary me, Northumbria police, notice Joey as he had delt with a situation Joseph was involved in theft earlier in the year when he took 2 freddos from a local corner shop in pennywell, Joseph's parents have been told about the situation , and they said ' well why was there fucking gerkins in?serves the bitch right!'. When Joseph was asked about the situation he had nothing to say, he had a puff of his shisha and later said 'fuck da police' and ran from his house in pennywell to the stadium of light to watch Sunderland vs Arsenal when he was arrested for football hooliganism, Joseph, non as Joey, features in court on the 23rd of November for assault, theft and hooliganism and faces 5 year in prison.
