Robert Kirsch as of Edenderry Town , Co.Offaly will be prosecuted of illegal purchase of alcohol as the 18 year old was filmed giving the alcohol to his underage friends.
The teenager will be going through court process and may even be charged with a jail sentence.
While his friends may be charged with fines and juvenile sentences.
