At 3.42am on the 31st October a creepy clown was caught on Hazelhurst Arms CCTV walking around Ormiston Horizon Academy teasing people in houses and then walking around the Good (ofsted) school with a baseball bat. Someone who was awake explained the mystery , anonymous , 'I saw a red Afro and just didn't know what was going on, I was recording it and it looked at me and I was just so scared!'
