Chelsea lewin 16 years old from tonge moor Bolton is now been know by the locals as the cat sniffer.
The cat sniffer (chelsea) has been seen numerous times following cats around the area catching them and taking them home and releasing them hours after.
The most recent time this has happened was in her best friend Paige's house she has a cat called pancake what was in Paige's words raped her cat she said she walked in her bedroom and saw her licking and feeling her cats intimate parts she said she was almost scared when she saw Chelsea sticking her nose in its privates and taking sniffs.
We interviewed Chelsea and she said "I can't help what I do it's just a thing when I see a cat I just feel the need to sniff and touch them I can't help I just hope everyone understands"
Her mum has now sent Chelsea to a metal health insatute and they are doing everything to help her and she will be out by mid November.
