Ryan Thomas, 20 from Ramsgate, Kent was last seen leaving a party down Ramsgate High Street on 31st October 2016.
Key Witnesses say that Ryan was in full spirit and had intentions to have a good night. It was reported that Ryan left the party at around 2.30am and had said to friends that he would be okay walking home.
His friends soon became worried as they didn't hear from him the next day, and is believed that he hadn't gone home.
If anyone knows please know the whereabouts of Ryan, please contact friends, family members or the police
