Young man goes by the name of Stephen Lavelle from pallion,Sunderland for several offences including stealing dust caps of old proples mobility scooters and drunken disorderly driving a mobility Scoother ect.
Police say this outrageous behaviour and it needs to be stopped Lavelle 20, is due up for sentencing at Newcastle crown court for sentencing 12th of February 2017
